Welcome to 'Characters: Graystripe'!
Character no. 2: Graystripe
Am I the only one that thinks Graystripe is awesome? I think he doesn't get enough recognition for everything he's done or went through. He's just known as 'the best friend of Firestar', but for example, when I ask anyone who their favorite cat is, the answer is never Graystripe. Almost every other kind of main cat is the favorite character from someone. I know, I haven't asked everybody, but I asked a lot of people and I never received Graystripe as an answer. It wouldn't be my answer either, but I think Graystripe should be more than just the friend of Firestar.
Let's just take a look at Graystripe. His mother is Willowpelt and his father is Patchpelt. They never talk or anything in the books, so that means they were never close. Then he was under all that pressure with Tigerstar - or Tigerclaw as he was called back then - and then he met Silverstream. They fell in love and he probably struggled because of the weight of the pressure and then Firestar found out and they started fighting. That couldn't have been that pleasant, could it? And then, Silverstream died giving birth to his kits. Even though they survived, his love died and he was distraught. After that he decided to leave his Clan - the Clan he lived in all his life - and join RiverClan because of his kits. RiverClan didn't trust him, he would've had a very hard time there. And then again he changed Clans, Leopardstar banished him because he couldn't abandon his best friend. He lost his daughter, Feathertail, because she saved the tribe and the cat she loved from Sharptooth, the mountain lion that hunted down the tribe cats. He wasn't there when she died and he wasn't able to say good-bye and his son decided to stay in the tribe.
Moons later he got kidnapped by twolegs and was all alone and he found Millie. They fell in love, but they had a very hard time finding Graystripe's Clan. When they found it, it seemed all was good, but then his daughter, Briarlight, was crippled by a falling tree. His life wasn't pleasant, but he still remained cheerful and happy at all times. That is why I really like Graystripe and I want that other people respect him as much as I do.
Hope you enjoyed,
~Megan

Chinese Warriors Trading Cart Game
Hello!
I was searching for Warriors on the internet and you know what I found? A Chinese Trading Cart Game on Warriors! You get the cards if you purchase a Chinese Warriors book, but I don't think they are available in the US. If you want those cards you will have to buy all the books from China and I'm not sure if that'll be so cheap.
These are the cats from the different seasons:
Original: Firestar; Graystripe; Bluestar; Tigerstar; ThunderClan; Tallstar
New Prophecy: Brambleclaw; Leafpool; Crowfeather; Feathertail; Hawkfrost; Onewhisker
Power of Three: Jayfeather; Lionblaze; Hollyleaf; Squirrelflight; Breezepelt; Blackstar
Omen of the Stars: Dovepaw; Ivypaw; Tigerheart; Flametail; Stormfur
More cats from Omen of the Stars aren't released yet, these are all the cards that exist for Omen of the Stars and all the other seasons.
Hope you enjoyed this little...news?
Bye,
~Megan
If you look at the pictures, do you notice that something is wrong with Brambleclaw? Tell me if you notice it in the comments.

Books: The Last Hope
Third post :)
Well, 'The Last Hope' is the newliest published book from the normal seasons (even though it's been released last year) and there are very mixed opinions about it. Some say it was the best book of every season combined and some say it was a real disappointement. And what do I think?
-----------------------------------------------------SPOILERS!------------------------------------------------------
Well, I think that 'The Last Hope' has potential. It could've been better, but it is good the way it is. Now, it was a full scale battle, wasn't it? It should've been a huge war - StarClan & the Clans & the Ancients vs. The Dark Forest. I think the battle was really good, but since it was so huge, why did only four cats on the ThunderClan side die? I mean, seriously. A warrior that hasn't trained in ages (Hollyleaf), a queen that was a queen since she became a warrior (Ferncloud) and an elder for StarClan's sake (Mousefur). Yeah, and Firestar, but we all knew he would die. I mean, he was old! (Look at my other post). But...apart from that I really liked the book. I liked how Dovewing chose Bumblestripe and the Clan over dumb old Tigerheart (sorry, I'm a fan of DovexBumble and I hate DovexTiger!) because you know the scene at the end of the book? Where Tigerheart leaves the camp and Dovewing doesn't even look at him but looks at Bumblestripe? Yeah, I loved that :3 well, yeah. And I liked how Tigerstar, Hawfrost and I think Brokenstar died too? Yeah, that was awesome! It was kind of sad that we didn't get to see Scourge, because I always imagined him appearing and all would be like so surprised...I just imagined that Scourge would appear again, but he didn't...*sigh* Oh well, that wasn't that bad. It was a real surprise for me though when Spottedleaf died though. I really didn't expect that, even though it should've been obvious. I mean, how weird would it have been if she was still in StarClan and Firestar too? That would be so awkward...for Firestar and Sandstorm I mean. Oh, and I just looooooved it when Bramblestar got to be leader and chose Squirrelflight to be his deputy! I mean, seriously? Who would've thought that? Did you think that Bramblestar would do that? I thought he would choose, oh, I don't know, Brackenfur? Graystripe? I really didn't think - not in my wildest dreams - that it would be Squirrelflight. But hey, what did you think? Did you like 'The Last Hope'? Are you for DoveXBumble or DoveXTiger? What are your opinions? I want to know them!
Oh, and don't forget to give me name suggestions!

Characters: Firestar
I will have a series of blog posts called 'Characters: [...]' I will pick a random character and talk about him or her. Hope you enjoy!
Character no. 1: Firestar
We all know Firestar, saviour of the Clans. The hero of ThunderClan. The one that led the Clans to the lake. Everyone loves him, right?
Well, I liked him in the first series. He wasn't so soft back then and he still did something. He was able to stop Scourge, Tigerstar, he helped Bluestar, he drove the pack of dogs to the gorge and he did much more. But then in the following seasons he did nothing. He let all those kittypets join, he just gave WindClan a strip of wood, as well as he gave ShadowClan that clearing. He should've fought for his territory! His Clan told him to do it, but did he listen to them? Nope, he didn't. Even though the Warrior Code states that the word of the leader is law doesn't mean that the leader should just do whatever he pleases. And to be honest, I was kind of happy when he died. He was alive far too long. I mean, the other Clans had a few changes of leadership, but ThunderClan had like, one? RiverClan for example had two. Crookedstar passed the leadership on to Leopardstar and Leopardstar passed it on to Mistystar. ShadowClan had three. Brokenstar passed it on to Nightstar, he passed it on to Tigerstar and Tigerstar passed it on to Blackstar. Okay, WindClan only had one, Tallstar and Onestar, but still. I mean, according to the Warriors Wikia, Firestar is approximately 98 moons old! That's 8 years! I mean, some elders didn't live that long. Take Frostfur. The Warriors Wikia says she died with 88 moons. Or Whitestorm. When Firestar thought about him when he should choose a new deputy he thought that he already was quite old and he was 66 moons old then! When 66 moons is old, how old is 88 years? Ancient? And I think Dovewing thought that Spiderleg would be joining the elders den soon and he wasn't even 60 moons old yet. It probably was a mistake, but still. Okay, I'm rambling right now :) sorry. But he annoys me in the last seasons. I still kind of feel bad for Sandstorm, because she really loved him, but that's the only reason I'm sad he died.
Please tell me in the comments what you think about Firestar, whether you like him or not. And give me a warrior name you thought of so that I can put it in the monthly poll :) And give me suggestions of which character I should review next!
Bye!

Hello~
New blog!
Greetings, my name is Shimmerpool, a.k.a Megan.
My real self, Megan, will be writing this blog, as is she writing this post, but I have another self, one that is calling herself Shimmerpool. She will sometimes be writing a few posts, though she will always be telling you that she is writing that post. We often argue because we have a different taste in cats, e.g. I hate Firestar, but Shimmerpool absolutely adores him. This may seem weird, so if you do not like this then don't continue reading.
This is a blog deticated to the series 'Warriors', or sometiems it is referred to as 'Warrior Cats'. If you do not know what it is I recommend to you to leave now and come back only after you read the books, or else you won't understand a word I say/write. I will talk about every book, but the title will always say about which book I'm talking about so that if you haven't read the book you can just skip that post. Sometimes I will post wariror names as an inspiration for you/me or I will post one-shots or even my fanfics I have written/am writing.
I hope you enjoy my blog!
